Clinique Brow Keeper in Honey Thoughts

Hi Guys!
Today I'll share with you what I got from Clinique and it is their Clinique Brow Keeper. I got this from their website while browsing their products online and you know...with added curiosity. haha. They had atleast 4 different brow products and this was the one that I picked mainly because of its convenience. I like the fact that it comes with a brow brush at the end of the brow pencil. The shade that I picked out was Honey 03 and I think it's great when you just want some subtle, not ON YOUR FACE kind of brows...if you know what I mean. I purposely bought this because my brows doesn't look full and complete anymore. I don't know what is happening. It's like I can see some blank spaces(gaps) along my brows(like I have a scar or something). Anyway, when I tried this on, I just love how it creates an illusion of having fuller brows! The formula of this is pretty waxy which helps it to stay put as your day goes by. I've been using this for weeks now and I'm really drawn into it! My brows have never been better! Others may not like it but it is all about your own preference, you know. :)

Have you tried this product yet?

Clinique Different Lipstick Swatch in Different Grape

Hi guys!
Today's blog is about Clinique's Different Lipstick swatch in Different Grape. I got this on Clinique's website as one of their samples. However, this does not look like it's a sample. Or I may be wrong. Anyway, This shade is gorgeous! This is great for everyday wear and it's moisturizing. It is also not matte so it gives you a nice shine.

Pixi Tinted Brilliance Balm Swatch in Pretty Pink

Hi Guys!
Today is about Pixi Tinted Brilliance Balm in Pretty Pink. I got this from my June Ipsy Glam Bag and it is a deluxe sample of the product.  Most of the time when we hear "tinted", we think of a tiny amount of color is shown. Well, not on this one! This is moisturizing like any lip balms out there and this is pretty pigmented (and SHINY!).  It can cover your lips like a lipstick. This sort of reminds me of Revlon Color Burst Lip Butters. I like the convenience of not worrying about applying any lipstick. Simply slap this on your lips and you're ready to go! This is also great for school if you don't have time reapplying your lipstick again and again. I almost forgot, this is a pink shade that leans a little bit on the cooler side and if you like it, why not give this a go?

I'd love to hear your thoughts on these!

Channel Levres Scintillantes Glossimer Swatch/Thoughts in Barely Cherry

Hi there guys!
I have been checking out Channel products for this past month in Macy's and I wasn't really sure on what to try. Plus, their products are pricey and I'm still in college!(totally off topic lol) Anyway, I went to their counter and was looking around like I had money or something(which I didn't) and this amazing lady started talking to me and asked me if I'm looking for something in particular. And so I told her I wasn't really looking for something. I was more like 'browsing'. She then went somewhere and came back and handed out this tiny deluxe sample of Channel Levres Scintillantes Glossimer in the shade of Barely Cherry and said. "I'll give you something to think about". OMG! I didn't expect her to give me anything and the fact that I didn't buy anything...she's awesome!!! Now, I've been using this for weeks now and I love it!(the proof is on its worn out packaging) I'm normally a lipstick person but I am now venturing out towards lip glosses and I'm lovin' it. This is not sticky and it glides so smoothly on my lips. It is opaque when you swatch it and becomes sheer when you distribute it all over your lips. But you can definitely build it up without looking like you put too much! The shade is pretty good too and I like it with my complexion. Now, I don't know if she gave me an old or discontinued shade but this particular shade is not on Channel's website. Anyway, I can't wait to buy the full size after I'm done with this sample! :D

How the lip gloss look on my lips. (excuse my tired face :P)

Pop Beauty Sunkissed Bronzer Swatch in Secret Sunshine

Hi everyone!
Today I will talk about Pop Beauty Sunkissed Bronzer in Secret Sunshine. I got this awhile ago from my June Ipsy Glam Bag. I've been trying this out for weeks and I gotta sa yI really like this bronzer!(not just the packaging..haha) This bronzer has golden shimmer in it which many of you would probably be turned off by since it's not matte. However, I don't know how, whenever I apply this on my face, the shimmer does not translate at all. It sort of blends in to your skin and just simply adds more dimension to your face without looking like you applied a streak of shimmer. This has become my staple bronzer in summer or perhaps all year round! I also feel that it gives me natural glow and makes my skin healthy-looking. I recommend this product if you have not already owned it. Give this a try :)

Easy Tribal Nail Art for Beginners!

I hope you liked it guys! This is actually my first time ever attempting to do this nail art and I never thought I could make it in the first place! I'm no way a professional manicurist or something(I just really like doing my nails lol)  but clearly this can be achieved by a beginner! I did not do any intricate designs and I don't think you have to! Mine's turned out pretty good and all I drew were diagonal lines and dots! It's so simple yet looks deceiving to the eyes! TRY IT OUT GUYS!

Bareminerals 5 in 1 Bb Advanced Performance Cream Eyeshadow Swatch and Thoughts

Hi guys!
Today I'll give you my thoughts on the new Bareminerals 5 in 1 Bb advanced performance cream eyeshadow. Since I'm not sure which shade this in, I'll just describe what it looks like.haha. This is a taupe-y brown shade that is shimmery when you blend it thoroughly. It's so weird because when you apply it, you can't see the gold flecks of shimmers and it looks harshly  opaque! Also, I find that the longer you blend it, the more shimmery it gets! I might be crazy or what...

This comes in a tube and has a flat doe foot applicator and trust me when I tell you that a little goes a looong waaay!!! This last all day however I noticed that it creases on my eyelids even with a primer on...maybe it's only because my eyelids are oily...

So have you tried this yet?! Comment down below. :)

Buxom's Full-On Lip Cream swatch in Mudslide

Hi everyone!
Today I'll be showing you Buxom's full-on lip cream in the shade Mudslide. This lip gloss has a minty scent and when you apply it, it tingles on your lips and gives you the sensation or the "illusion" of plumper lips! The tingling sensation lasts pretty long and I actually enjoy it. If you don't like pepperminty feeling and tingles, then this may not be for you.

This is a mauvey neutral pink that suites everyone. It has a doe-foot applicator like many other lip glosses out there. Also, this is not full on pigmented which doesn't bother me because I like topping this on top of my nude lipstick.

Have you tried this yet?
Comment down below on what you think about this:)

Bhcosmetics 11-piece Polka-Dot Brushes Review

Hi guys!
Today I will be reviewing bhcosmetics' 11-piece Polka-Dot brushes and how well they perform! These brush set comes in a tube storage thing that is pink with black polkadots! I'm not going to lie but I personally bought this set because of the cute packaging! This originally cost around $23-24 but bhcosmetics always have sales on so I suggest waiting on those and get a better deal out of it. Anyway, these brushes are sooooo SOFT!!! I cannot even imagine that I only paid almost half the price that this usually retails! These brushes are as soft as Crown brushes!(or even softer!) I really like this set! You get many brushes for such an affordable price!

The only DOWNSIDE is that the pencil brush and the powder brush shed like crazy especially the pencil brush. This happened when I washed them all.
Otherwise, I would recommend this product. Not to mention its cuteness. :)

ItsJudyTime Palette Swatches & My Thoughts

Hi everyone!
So today I'll be showing you guys the swatches of ItsJudyTime Pallete from bhcosmetics! Bhcosmetics collaborated with Judy and she came up with these 12 eyeshadows that range from neutral to purples and blue ("jewel tones" as bhcosmetics describes it). This actually came out months ago and I just got my hands on these recently.hehe (I'm a fan of Judy by the way:p)

Now, right off the bat these eyeshadows look gorgeous! There are 3 matte shades, 3 satin shades, and the rest are shimmery or metallic. I think these are very pigmented and blendable. The purple and the periwinkle blue may be on the sheer side but you can definitely build it up and it won't look cakey or anything.

Overall, I love this pallete! It's affordable, blendable, buildable and not to mention the shades are right up my alley! I don't know about the blues and purple though..haha. This is great for everyday eye look especially for school and work.

Have you checked this out yet?

Buxom's full-on Lipstick in Dolly

     Hi there!
So today I'm going to show you Buxom's lipstick in the shade Dolly. I got this off of Sephora and I did a blog post about my haul if you haven't check that out. This is from a new limited edition that Buxom came out with the focus on the shade Dolly.(probably because this is their best-selling shade) Anyway, this is a mauvey pink that is like "your lips but better". It's just gorgeous and you can pretty much pair it with anything! However, I don't know about you guys but it kinda turns into a purply tone pink..WAT! Nevertheless, this made me feel that I am capable of venturing out of my comfort zone. Needless to say that I've been wearing this for weeks and I just notice the purple tone yesterday...meaning I didn't care what and how I looked like! I guess it depends whether you have pigmented lips or not(which I do). Haha

Lancome Subtil Swatch/Review in Aplum

Hi guys!
So today I will share with you the swatch of Lancome's subtil blush in Aplum. This blush is said to be oil-free so this is great for every type of skin. I got this deluxe sample blush at macy's when lancome was having a gift with purchase months ago. So, this blush is a mauve-y pink color that is straight up gorgeous especially for fall. However, you know me...I use this whichever seasons we're having! Lol. Also, this is not as pigmented as other blushes like the balm's instain ones. I still like this though because it is super buildable and blendable and I know that I won't be having too much color on my cheeks if I accidentally dabbed too much on my blush brush. So I think this is very safe for people who are just starting out with makeup.
Anyway, on to the swatches!!!

Mac Bad Girl Gone Good Blush Swatch

Hi everyone!
Here is a blush swatch of Riri hearts Mac's limited edition in the shade Bad Girl Gone Good.:)
I truly adore the packaging! This comes with a shiny rose gold packaging with Riri's signature on top instead of the typical black packaging of MAC's. I feel like this shade compliments any skin tones.

Now, I believe that MAC describe this blush as a warm copper on their website. It may sound unpleasing and eff to our ears since who would actually put a copper shade on their cheeks? Usually, a copper shade is used as an eyeshadow...right? However, this  is absolutely fantastic in my opinion! The swatches may be boring on the arm but gorgeous in the face! While wearing this, it gives me a natural radiant look to my face and it does not goes on harshly and it is blendable. I just love it! It's effortless.

Sephora Haul!

Hey guys!
I'm so excited to share with you what I got from Sephora! I didn't buy this all at once. This is a collective haul. I don't know about you guys but stores like Sephora is like an ultimate beauty trap/weakness that I always fall for. Haha. I have been eye-ing these products or goodies from Sephora for quite a while now and I finally went ahead and grab them! So here is just an overview of what I got from Sephora. I may make a more in depth review and show you the products up close soon. I grabbed Benefit's Beauty Score because I don't own any product from them. So I thought it was a nice deal of $35(or$36) and have a bunch of products to try out rather than buying a full size and probably regret it. However, even if these deluxe sample sizes of different products are small, they will last for months or even forever!(I already knew it...except for the mascara though :P) This is an online only value set.

Benefit's Beauty Score!

Sephora Favorites Lash Stash to Go! LOVE IT
These mascaras above was an amazing deal! I truly recommend this Lash Stach by Sephora! It includes 5 mascaras PLUS a voucher for a full size mascara that you can redeem in the store! So if you calculate it, it definitely worth your money! It is simply awesome! I like all of them except for the Blinc mascara. This Blinc mascara costs $26 for the full size but it didn't do anything to my lashes! It weighed down my curled lashes and I just cannot deal with it. The only way I can use it is with my lower lashes. I'm fine with it but I'm not in love..if you know what I mean.
Buxom Lip Cream in Mudslide and Lipstick in Dolly
Buxom's Lip Cream in Mudslide and Full-on Lipstick in Dolly are beautiful! This is the only lip gloss I have from Buxom and I am obsessed!( I know you're not surprised..lol) I love the fact that it tingles, minty, perfect color for me, and not overly sticky. I was not really into lip glosses but now I am! Now for the lipstick, it is great for me as well because it is a neutral pink, does not have shimmer, and is a matte formula. This is part of their new limited edition collection consisting only of the Dolly shade( I don't know if I made sense or what lol) and I only picked this one. I wanted to pick all of them but I controlled myself(whew!) I love the packaging with that lip mark on. I think it's classy!

Lancome's Hypnose Drama Mascara!
This was the mascara I got for free from the Lash Stash. Out of all the 5 mascaras, I really like this one. I feel that this gave length more than the others and this went pretty smoothly and it was pretty dramatic. I did like the Too Faced Better Than Sex one but it didn't wow me or impressed me. It did give drama but it clumps a lot and made my lashes stick together. I mean I could try to control it but it takes too much time you know.
First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream

I purchased this one on a whim while checking out on sephora's store.  I've been wanting to try out FAB's products anyway so I thought why not. Little did I know was that this was Amazing! It does what it says. I had some irritation on my face and I also have a puffy eye from allergies(I still do) and it totally soothes. I can't describe it really but I like it!  This would be great for winter when my hands and some parts of my face get dry. I recommend!
