A random nail polish design that I found!

Hello there!
So today as i was browsing my memory card, I found this nail polish look that I made but never made into this blog.
Well, I finally am able to post this!

As you can see, this one is glittery!
I used color club's Evolution and Nicole by Opi's Inner Sparkle on top.
Also, on my middle finger I had NYC's Lincoln Square Lavender and Revlon's Girly on top!
I really like this look even though it's time consuming to take the glitters off. (Though you can use the foil removing technique!)

Comment down below if you would want to try this mani!

My Minions!

Hi Guys!
I finally did it!
I was able to create my own minions!!

I was inspired by the movie Despicable Me 2 and the fact that it is that easy to recreate! To do the minion, paint your nail with a yellow polish then grab your black nail art striper and make a thin rectangle across your upper center nail. Using a dotting tool, dot a grey shade on the upper center of your nail. Let them dry then on top of the grey dot, dot a white polish and then a black polish to make the minon's eye. Below the eye, use the black striper to make the smile and for its bottom/pants, use a navy blue polish and make sort of a thick french tip on the end of your nail.

Have you tried it?

China Glaze Bump and Grind

Hi There!
Today I bring you the texture polish of China Glaze in the shade Bump and Grind!

I just wanted to show this new "trend" that is for summer. The finish is very interesting since it feels sandy and rough. This particular shade is so pretty! It is a bright red which is great for all skin tones and I think this is great for summer especially when you're out to the beach or if you want to venture out more to the nail polish world and try out some unusual finishes then go for it! Now because of the texture that it has, it can be hard to take off. I don't know if it's just me or what. However, I'm not really into it that much. I mean I like it when I just applied it on my nails but I get bothered by it later on. I don't know maybe I'm picky or something?

Have you tried it?

Flip Flop Fantasy Accent Nail Design

Hi ladies!
Here I have some looks using Flip Flop Fantasy as the base color and I thought why not share these with you all :) This is sooo dang easy! Anyway, Flip flop fantasy is such a famous shade from China Glaze. It is so neon and the camera cannot even capture the reality of this shade. It's phenomenal! All you need is another China Glaze glitter polish  or another nail polish shade and you are ready to go out the door. Now, I know many people don't really like or are disappointed with Whirled Away because you really have to work hard to get the glitter out of the bottle and such. Nevertheless, I don't really mind it. I actually take a small dotting tool to manually place them on my nail and in that way, I control where I want to place the "matte" glitters. As you can see, the black glitters on top of the larger white glitters look like eyes! It's so interesting! Love it!

FIRST:
Here I used China Glaze's Whirled Away as accents.

I completed the Kellog's Special K CHALLENGE!!!

HEEYY GUYS!
So many months ago I was roaming around target and I saw some Kellog's special k cereal boxes with pictures of nail polishes on them!! and obviously, I took the challenge just because you get three nail polishes and  I had to get it. haha
I've been wanting to post this  like a month ago or so but there were just so many things that goes in my way and FINALLY today is that day.

I really like these three shades because all of these are very opaque and they give you fun colors. Plus, who wouldn't want to receive NICOLE by OPI nail polishes for FREE? no one right? :)
This is one coat only!

Challenge Red-y is a jelly polish but it can be a one-coater! It is very opaque and rich that it covers the nails with no streaks.

one coat

Pros & Confidence is a nice azure blue. Unlike challenge red-y, this can have streaks on the first coat and probably you can get away with one coat if you are careful. Other than that, I like this polish and blue is my fav color so it is still great for me!

two coats

Be Ama-zing is such a nice pink! The swatch is definitely lying straight at our eyes! This is actually darker than it looks like on the picture itself. This reminds me of Strawberry fields by China Glaze only without the gold glitter shimmers to it. I specifically like this since it give you a girly look but at the same time a little bit of maturity *wink.

Overall, I'm happy that I was able to get this nail polish set and really worthy to be added in my collection! you guys should try to take that challenge too :D

Are these DUPES?!

HEY LADIES!!
So I have these three blue nail polishes that look so SIMILAR in my collection!
The question is... are they DUPES??

Let's get into it!

On my thumb I have Essie's BIKINY SO TEENY
On my index and middle fingers: Revlon's DREAMER
And on my ring and pinky fingers: China Glaze's ELECTRIC BEAT

My Thoughts:

These shades are pretty similar and there's only small differences among the shades.
Electric beat is darker than the others, Dreamer is lighter than electric beat and darker than bikini so teeny, and bikini so teeny is the lightest.
So I don't think the shades make a whole lot difference to be not dupes. Revlon Dreamer is so close(DUPE) to China Glaze Electric Beat. They seem to be close to each other and if you want to save money, check out the revlon dreamer since it's the cheapest among the three.
Or, you can definitely collect all of them if you're a nail junkie like me :P.

Lilac for Spring!

Hey guys! I want to show you what I came up with last week's nail art.

As you can see, it's very simple and it features the sophisticated color of lilac!:)
I used three nail polishes for this nail design.

I used revlon's top speed polish in Lily, Essie's to buy or not to buy and for the accent nails, I used Essie's a cut above.

That's pretty much it :P I really liked this simple design and it matches on whatever outfits you'd like to  wear.
